I have found this product to be very reliable and easy to use (I have used it extensively for about a month now). It is a very good product, and the Polar website is easy to use and extensive. This is a great tracking and training device for anyone trying to get in shape or stay in shape. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

OK, I'm very happy I bought this and it's making a big difference in my approach to exercise. I even hit my goal weight yesterday! Yet I wanted to mention a couple of things I've observed that I wish Polar would look at to improve its future products. I'll probably be a customer for life. First off, you probably know that when you finish your workout this device will tell you how much time you spent in a fat-burning zone and how much time you spent in a fitness-improvement zone. Way cool. But I wish it would tell me those cumulative times -during- the workout. Today, for instance, I was shooting for 45 minutes in my fitness zone. Once I was finished and getting ready to shower I took the monitor out of the workout mode and reviewed my data. Turns out I had slipped into my fat-burning zone on and off for eight of those minutes - not a big deal but I would have kicked it up a bit or gone a bit longer if it had been easy to check. Also, while it's true I could have been watching the monitor more closely, it's not that easy to do with over-forty-year-old eyes bouncing up and down on an elliptical or while in the pool. So a bolder display wouldn't hurt. Get someone with poor vision on the design team.
